Week 12 Part B:Business Specific Tools

This week's activity and the blogs from other classmate's made it abundantly clear that they had clear goals for their business and new what different kinds of tools they would benefit from. I think for the most part, for the businesses that had more creative ventures I was able to match my own needs for tools for my business more than with those that would have physical locations or had more professional oriented businesses.
A trend I saw for a lot of people is that they wanted to jump on using TikTok to promote their business but were unsure of how to produce content for the platform. My solution for this is to find some way to record yourself while working whether it's while recording music/podcast, reviewing/hyping up your favorite books, or showcasing your products on shelves or customers reactions to products; you'll be able to show your interest in the field you are in while also working on projects for your business. This kind of platform can be great for all kinds of businesses if they don't mind sharing a bit of their or their employees personalities to their target audience.
I enjoyed looking at everyone's perspective on which tools did work but it was very interesting to see which ones didn't and the reasoning for it. Much like different platforms, businesses have to choose carefully and commit to different online tools that would benefit them as opposed to using each and every one of them just to have them.
